The Chronicles of Narnia, buying presents for Angie and the kittens (one of which is a cute little hoodie!), waking up with the aforementioned menagerie of cuteness around me, listening to old songs, spending the morning sitting at my dining table, wrapping gifts, going for 2 walks around the neighbourhood a day, and playing "El Captain" and "Love Train" on repeat.

Why is it that the Mormon recruits always seem to come to my door on my shittiest days? And why, after kindly telling them I've no interest in their church, do they ask "Is there anything I can do to help you out today?" I have a whole laundry list, but instead, I say no, and shut the door from the cold.

I'm desparate, but not that desparate. Yet. The Mormons though, they sure know how to sweeten the deal. Perhaps I'll ask for some anti-depressants next time.

In so many ways, too numerous to name, I suck at life.

Meet Angie.

Thus far, I have learned that she 1) enjoys chewing on slippers and coffee tables and 2) will sneak a sip of your coffee or eat an errant coffee bean that she finds on the ground and 3) thinks my fingers are good for chewing. She also wins the cuteness award (tied with Ruby Tuesday.) And now, I officially have 2 pets I've named after a Stones song.

So excited I could burst. Tomorrow, there shall be a further explanation (and photos.) :)

Also, I enjoy wrapping gifts to an astonishing degree. I should work at a mall or something.
